Coach Kent's Serve

Using Dartfish videoanalysis we can synchronize and show your service motion in a side by side comparison with your favorite touring pro. This is a powerful tool to identify key stroke positions... looking for common threads and fundamental differences.

If you really want to fine tune your tennis technique or give a terrific gift to a special

tennis friend or team captain - I have the perfect suggestion - Level Up Tennis video analysis.

I am a very visual learner.  I know that it's often the "little things"- head and hand positions, body weight, contact point, eye focus- that can make a big difference.  The video broke down my strokes into slow-mo segments which received markup and commentary so that I could see exactly what I was doing right and what I needed to improve.  Kent also created side-by-side comparisons of me and a famous pro with similar technique so we could clearly compare (and contrast-ha!) the two.  It's a great tool which I highly recommend to improve your game.

Lila learning the Power Transfer move

Good tennis footwork is efficient and promotes balance. Lila is demonstrating a footwork pattern known as the Power Transfer. It's used when the player is forced out wide and needs to move quickly to the ball while recovering in a balanced way.
